And he rolls....

Wyatt rolled over today!!! What a great day.  We were so excited.  Pat said it best...it was like the giants scored a touchdown!!! I can't believe my baby is growing up.  The holidays are fast approaching.  It will be so much fun to experience this with him.

hi everybody-

i'm sorry i have not been able to update you with what i have been doing.  so much has happened in the past month.  i started school and i love it.  i have so many friends.  we are all boys in my class. vander, shai, theophile, kelvin and me, wyatt make up the lovely ladybugs.  we all hate that name.  its so stupid.  well enough about school let me tell ya what i have been doing the month of november.  nonnie, aunt ashley and jerry came to visit me here in nyc.  it was so much fun.  mama and daddy got a big bed.  i like it so much better than the other one.  daddy took mama and me to florida!  we stayed at this really cool place called the four seasons.  i got to layout on the beach and hang poolside in a cabana.  i could really like it there.   i can't wait until i'm old enough to go in the water.  thanksgiving in west virginia was so much fun.  i got to see where daddy lived when he was my age.  i met so many people.  i got to see grandpa and cousin alex.  that was fun.  the day after thanksgiving we went to target.  there were so many people in that store.  i just wanted a toy, but mama said i had to wait until santa came.  

mama leaves for her first work trip on thursday. i am going to miss her so much.  daddy and i are going to have a boys weekend.  i bet he will let me stay up as late as i want. 

december is going to be so much fun! i can't wait to see everyone at christmas.

Happy Birthday Daddy & Happy Halloween

hi again...its me..wyatt cleek!

this week my mama went back to work and i was sad.  my gamma came to new york to keep me during the day.  she was a lot of fun.  it was my daddy's birthday on halloween. i got him a cool mousepad with our picture on it.  now he can look at me at work all the time.  mama bought him a cookie cake. it was so good.  i helped blow out the candles.  

on halloween, mama and daddy were a little tired from their party.  why was i not invited.  i had a costume and everything.  i was a monkey!  i paraded around the upper west side.  everyone who passed by loved me.  mama and daddy took me to 69th street where there was trick or treating.  i can't wait until next year.  

tomorrow is my first day of daycare. mama is so sad, but i'm excited.  i can't wait to meet new friends.  i hope they like me.  wish me luck!

I'm a BIG BOY now!!!

hi everbody!  i'm 3 months old today! woo hoo!!! mama has to go to work tomorrow and i'm so sad.  BUT gamma is coming to stay for the week.  i bet i can get anything outta her.  so much has happened in the past couple of weeks.  here it goes:

i went apple pickin with mama and daddy.  it was fun, but it was very wet.  we had hot apple cider and apple donuts.  mama took me to my first giants football game.  well i went to giants daycare, but i was still there.  it was so cool.  i was the youngest baby there.  all the little girls were lovin on me.  

i went to  boston to visit aunt michelle and uncle pat's new place.  boston was pretty cool and i know i'll visit them a lot.  i started sleeping really late for mama.  i loved laying in bed with her at their house.  they got a big tv so i could watch my baby einstein on it.  later that week aunt mandy came.  i got to play with her.  she has really pretty hair!  i cant wait to pull on it.  i hope i see her again soon.  cousin kelly and jason came for the weekend.  we showed them around the city.  i took them to my church.  it was the first time for me.  i stayed with mama and daddy but next time im going to a classroom.  

i have grown so much and there is a lot more growing to do.  i can't wait to see nonnie, jerry and aunt ashley in a few weeks.  oh yea...its daddy's birthday soon! he was born on halloween. i got him something extra special.  

 

Wyatt is all over the place!

hi everybody!  i am almost 10 weeks old now!  let me tell you what i have been up to.  at 8 weeks i went to my aunt mandy's wedding in kansas city. that was my first time on a big airplane.  it was so cool because i got my own seat.  mama left my milk on the plane and these really nice people called her so she could pick it up.  i love my aunt mandy so much. i had on a special outfit for her.  she loves the st. louis cardinals so i had to make her smile.  of course she loved me from the minute she saw me.  i can say the same about her too.  the weekend was so much fun.  i had so many people giving me love and attention.  i got to hang out with the big boys while mama was helping aunt mandy.  uncle pat and uncle matt showed me the ropes.  the took me out to catch the garter but i did not want to because i think girls are yucky.  

the next week i went on another airplane to gamma and papa's house in tennessee.  that was my first time there.  cousin jake, cousin macie and aunt tara came for a visit.  macie and i slept in gamma and papa's room.  she snores so much.  i think i woke her up when i started crying for my milk.  jake is the coolest.  he treated me like a rag doll but that is okay because i think he is cool.  i want to be like him some day.   gamma kept macie, jake and i while everyone went to a football game.  macie and i just talked to each other and made each other laugh.  she was kicking my seat so it would rock me.  mama's friend ms. christy took pictures of all of us.  she was so nice.  i loved the camera!  then on sunday, daddy went back home and mama and i stayed with gamma and papa!  gamma had no idea we were staying.  daddy came and picked mama and i up from philadelphia on wednesday.  daddy stopped at a place called cracker barrel.  i love that place.  they give you biscuits and corn muffins.  yummy.  

the next day i had to get my shots.  i did pretty good.  my face turned bright red and then i turned on the waterworks!  i am 12lbs. 5 oz. now!  i'm a big boy as daddy would say.  

i can't wait until i got to boston next weekend to visit aunt michelle and uncle pat.  aunt michelle just moved their and got a new job.

Week 6 and 7...i'm growin'

hi again, its me wyatt!!

i have been growin so much! mama and daddy have been givin me so much love and attention. they are pretty cool parents.  they let me get in their bed in the mornings.  it is my special time.  i started smiling a lot.  i love when they say funny things. it makes me laugh.  

i watched my first tennessee football game with mama and daddy. tennessee did not win but it was fun to put my outfit on.  i had a little accident on mama's shirt.  this weekend i am going to my aunt mandy's wedding.  i get to meet her for the first time!  daddy's birthday/halloween is coming up soon. i wonder what i will be for halloween  maybe i'll be a pumpkin.  that's what mama calls me, her lil' punky.  

in a couple of weeks i'm goin' to gamma and papa's house.  cousin jake, cousin macie and aunt tara will be there.  i can't wait to meet them.  cousin jake seems pretty cool.

Week 4 & 5 PLUS My first roadtrip!!!

hi everyone-

i aplogize i have not updated everyone in awhile.  mama let's me on the computer only a little bit.  she let's me play my baby einstein music and a blog here and there.  wow so much has happened in week 4 and 5.  i will start with week 4:

gamma and papa were still here.  i love them sooo much.  gamma put me to bed every night.  that was our special time together.  i cried when she left.  papa said he was going to make me tough.  check out my head...it stays up for a bit.  i wore my first giants outfit. it did not stay on long. i pee pee'd on it.  hehehe.  i took my first subway ride. it smells so gross down there.

week 5:

on monday i went with mama to meet my teachers at my new school!  i like my teachers ms jenny and ms joan.  its going to be a fun place to go.  i had my first lunch date with the girls, lauren and alyssa.  mama took me on a tour of her ESPN office.  pretty cool.  i don't remember much cause i was sleeping.  but i heard everyone said i was a cutie pie.  on thursday daddy let mama and i go with him to providence for the giants/patriots game.  we stayed in this place called a hotel. it was fun to lay in a king bed with mama and daddy.  aunt michelle rode in the car with us.  i got to meet uncle pat.  he loved my lobster shirt.  i can't wait to visit him more because he is a cool dude.  next we went to mr david and ms dina's wedding in hemlock, ny.  i was very good at the rehearsal and the wedding. i slept the entire time.  at the wedding i wore my sailboat outfit and danced with mama and daddy.  i was shaking my head (only a little) and butt off!  nonnie was there!! i love her so much.  mr jerry was there too.  i was punchin' him, but he took it like  a pro.  

i love my time with my family and friends.  i can't wait to meet everyone!!

Week 3 and still kickin'

hi!!!

week 3 has been good to me.  i survived a couple of hours with daddy while mama went to the doctor for a check up.  i saw my uncle paul and aunt michelle.  i even made nonnie a birthday sign! gamma and papa are here for the week....so far so good :).  

saturday morning, gamma was changing me and my umbilical cord fell off. Yay!!! i am a big boy now.  my daddy left for chicago, but it was okay because i still had my gamma, papa and of course mama here with me.  ms. leslie and mr. matt came to visit me on sunday morning.  mommy misses them a lot.  they just got back from this place called china?  never heard of it!  when daddy returned, he gave me my first big boy bath.  there is so much i want to do this week with gamma and papa.  there will be lots of pictures to post next week.

2 Weeks!! A note from Wyatt...

Hi Everyone!

I'm two weeks old today. I spent this past week with just mommy during the day. Daddy had to go back to work.  I love my mommy time during the day and daddy time during the night. Grandpa came to visit me this week.  He really couldn't stop gushing over me!  This week mommy and I went for walks, trips to Starbucks and a few shopping adventures.  Aunt Michelle came to visit me a bunch this week. I like it when she stops by.  

I'm growing so much! I went back to my doctor and she said I gained an ounce since my last visit.  I am getting so big! Mommy's arms are getting a workout.  My Uncle John and Aunt Tara set up ichat so i could see my cousin's Jacob and Macie.  I can't wait to play with them!  Gamma and Papa are coming to see me in a week! I can't wait to see them.

Happy 1 Week Birthday & Happy Anniversary

A lot has happened to the Cleeks in the past week. We welcomed our lil Boy Wyatt Brabson Cleek on Sunday, August 2, 2009 at 10:10 am.  Wyatt weighed 7lbs. 8oz and was 20 inches long.  I can't believe our little boy is here! 

Wyatt-Mommy and Daddy went through a lot last weekend in order for your arrival!  Mommy had to have an emergency c-section. But you came out looking perfect! Our friends came to see you and couldn't stop gushing.  Nonnie came up to visit on Monday and immediately wanted your attention.  We took you home on Wednesday, August 5th, a day after mommy's birthday.  I'm pretty sure you liked your new home. You slept so well in your new crib.  In a couple of weeks, Gamma and Papa will be coming to visit you.  

A year ago today we were married.  A week ago today, Wyatt arrived.  So many things have happened to Brian and I in the past year.  We love each other so much and feel so blessed to have the gifts in our lives. God has blessed us with a healthy baby boy to start the family we had prayed for.  I am off work for the next 3 months and I am going to take advantage of every moment with my two guys.

Momma went to the doctor today and she is 1cm dilated.  No where near ready for Mr. Wyatt to make his grand entrance.  Daddy is taking me out for a big birthday celebration on August 4th. Hopefully you can stay in momma's tummy until then.

Daddy and I are waiting for your arrival.  We are so excited to see you and love you SO MUCH!! Your daddy and I are going to give you so many hugs and kisses when we see you.  Gamma and Papa are coming for a week just to see YOU!! They will probably spoil you rotten, but that's what they are for.  Nonnie is coming as soon as she hears you are on your way into this world! Your cousin Macie already made her big arrival.  I can't wait for the two of you to meet and love each other!  Your big cousin Jake will probably give you a lot of kisses too.  2 more weeks baby....Momma and Daddy love you so much lil man.  See you soon.

Wyatt's Shower in the Park

What a great weekend! Aunt Michelle threw a baby shower in the park. All my friends came to celebrate Wyatt!  We are truly blessed to have such great friends.  Wyatt got clothes, books, clothes, baby bjorn...and more clothes!!! I can't wait for him to arrive.  6 more weeks to go...Hurry baby so momma and daddy can see you!

Update on Wyatt...

Its been awhile since we updated the blog w/ Wyatt info.  He is actively kicking me all the time!! Its like the kid is doing backflips in my tummy.  Nonnie & Grandpa bought Wyatt his crib!  It is so cute.  Uncle John and Aunt Tara gave Wyatt some of Jacob's clothes he used to wear as a baby.  THANK YOU!! Aunt Ashley and Uncle Chad also gave Wyatt some of Alex's clothes.  It will be fun to see Wyatt in these outfits.  

Brian & I went to our first wedding of the summer.  I really think Wyatt liked the music.  He was moving all night long.  

It is officially the start of the summer and we have a couple of months to go.  The family is taking a trip to Myrtle Beach, Charlotte & Knoxville.  After that, we will be waiting for the arrival of Wyatt Brabson Cleek.  Yay!!!
